A diligent problem solver and trouble-shooter, Mr. Cutler assists organizations in enhancing their capacity to achieve performance objectives on the basic of ethics and sustainability. He is skilled in troubleshooting with a demonstrated capacity to achieve results. Known as the “Whistleblower” for his role in exposing the “Sponsorship Scandal,” Mr. Cutler has received several awards Allan Cutler is a frequent speaker and media commentator on ethics and governance issues.
Andy’s success as an instructor is based on a strong theoretical foundation, as well as many years of experience in areas very relevant to the disciplines in which he trains and coaches. As Senior Advisor to the Mayor of Ottawa on Diversity issues (2004-2006), Andy led many multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex diversity issues in a timely and sensitive manner. Andy has also contributed voluntarily to numerous organizations focusing on socio-cultural and integration issues affecting citizens of Ottawa. He served on Ottawa’s Equity & Diversity Advisory Committee, Homelessness Task Force, Task Force on Somali Youth, Tsunami Relief Committee, and Interfaith Ottawa. He has also spent over 17 years developing life skills for young ladies in an athletic setting. As CEO of CEMA, Andy works with community colleges in both Ontario and Quebec to provide educational exchange experience for both Canadian and international high school students. Andy teaches part-time at Carleton University and Algonquin College.
Since 2001, as president of Clarke Communication, Bill has designed and delivered classroom and e-learning courses on business communication, effective meetings, and leadership. He has had affiliations with Caswell Coaching, e-Zsigma Canada, Growth Coach, and Cutler and Associates. Clarke Communication has supported clients such as: Library and Archives Canada, Insurance Brokers' Association, MWK Law office, Exegenix Canada Inc, Bell Canada, and Industry Canada. His training mission: to provide content and action steps to meet your objectives.
Her background in facilitation, human resource practices, project planning, training, strategic planning, and process re-engineering enables her to facilitate change, optimize organizational effectiveness, and assist users to adapt to new policies and processes. Ms. Franklin has spent over 25 years analyzing organization and human resource requirements; conducting needs assessment for new or improved policies and procedures and evaluating internal and external client needs. She is familiar with policy, procedure, information, and data needs in all HR functional areas in the federal government departments and in the Treasury Board. Ms. Franklin-Sabourin has also worked in training and organization development and in finance and administration. Before establishing her own consulting practice in October 2002, she was a Principle Consultant in the Human Capital practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ltd. (PwC). Before joining PwC, Colleen held several senior positions within the Canadian Federal Public Service including Special Assistant (Senior Auditor) to the Director General of Consulting and Audit Canada (CAC), Manager, Finance and Administrative Services, Human Resource Development Canada (HRDC), and A/Director, Organization Development, HRDC
John is completely conversant with strategic organisational initiatives, the dynamics of change management, communications strategy, implementation of quality assurance standards and supporting information systems used in the introduction of new and evolving technology. He also has demonstrated the project management, leadership and training capabilities that are required to manage multi-disciplinary teams of professionals in developing, testing and implementing major strategic systems and organizational initiatives.
Dr. Youssef has active research agenda on sustainability and International development between Europe and Latin America being co-investigator of two major European Commission grants that totalize the amount of 3 million Canadian dollars and involving six countries: Germany, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Guatemala and Latvia. On the other hand, Dr. Youssef has been able to lead a cross-cultural entrepreneurship and innovation initiative between Canada and Brazil by founding and presiding the Federation of Canadian-Brazilian Businesses (FCBB) head quartered in Ottawa, Canada as the first cross continental organization that aims to foster cross cultural entrepreneurship and innovation between Canadian Entrepreneurs and their Brazilian counterparts. |
