Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellation
Cancellations, substitutions and requests for refund will not be accepted by telephone and must be submitted in writing for consideration.

You must cancel ten business days prior to the course that you are enrolled in. Otherwise, payment will not be refunded. This is necessary to cover unrecoverable costs.

No refunds will be given after the start of the course. Failure to “attend” class and/or notifying the instructor does not constitute official cancellation.

Participants may find alternates to attend in their place.

Course Cancellation
If Allan Cutler & Associates cancels a course due to low enrolment, trainer illness, or other reason, you will receive a full refund. At our sole discretion, we may postpone or cancel courses that do not have at least 10 students enrolled by the start date.

While every attempt will be made to adhere to posted schedules, we reserve the right to adjust course schedules or assign alternate instructors as necessary. All registered students will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.

If your course is cancelled or rescheduled, you may request transfer to another course or a full refund (no administrative fees will be assessed on refunds for courses cancelled by us).

Registration Space Availability
Participation is based on availability and may be fully enrolled prior to the cut-off. In the event a course is full, a waiting list will be created. Waiting list applications will be given first priority to enrol in a subsequent course.

Notification of Registration
You will be notified in 48 hours by e-mail notification of your registration status. If you do not receive a registration status e-mail notice in 2-3 days please call 613-293-4671.

Course Fees
Prepayment is required to confirm your registration. We accept registrations online, and by phone, fax, and mail. A credit card number, check, or printed government training form is required to process a registration. We accept PayPal (which covers all credit cards), or cheque.

Registration Deadline
Although there is no deadline for registering, we urge everyone to enroll as early as possible because some courses fill quickly. If it is less than two weeks before the start of a course, please contact us to confirm space is available.

Attendance
These are not academic courses; you will not be graded on your attendance or your exercises. But you will get the most out of your course if you participate fully.
